Sam Clague, Mide Houlihan & Annas Anchor

Friday 13th Unlucky for some.
Not for us.
Three Levis Corner House veterans have joined forces to put together a very special evening.
Pass The Hat.

Sam Clague blends delicate finger-pickings with sultry jazz tones to create his very own brand of Kaleidoscopic Chamber Music - exploring themes like Friendship, Death and Love with a reanimated outlook. Back from a tour of India, supporting Australian due Oh Pep! in Europe, as well as performing at the infamous Ballydehob Jazz Festival, Sam is on a roll.

Míde Houlihan an award winning singer song writer started gigging as a solo act in late 2011 and has since been playing on a regular basis around Cork, supporting FREDDoug Paisley making numerous festival appearances including the @Secret Song Festival in the Corner House. Last year she deservdly won the 5th Annual IMRO Christie Hennessy Song Competition.

Anna's Anchor is a the solo project of Limerick born musician Marty Ryan, which was created during the summer of 2014. Armed with just an acoustic guitar, his original songs are accompanied with stories that bring this honest and genuine experience to life. Having released 15 songs on 4 different releases and toured Ireland, the U.K, Czech Republic and Austria all within the first 12 months of the existence of Anna’s Anchor, it’s clear that Marty has been putting his shoulder to the wheel with no sign of easing off.
