The Diviners // Lynda Cullen & Fintan Lucy

THE DIVINERS are a new traditional music act from Cork. Comprised of three friends, two Cork men and a Mayo man, who met up while playing music on the local trad session scene. Influenced by many different styles of music, including Irish and Scottish traditional music, English Folk Songs, American Old Timey Music, and Music from the Balkans, their repertoire includes newly composed tunes and songs, as well as traditional material. The members are: Mick Pierce(Banjo & Tenor Guitar), Anthony Ruby(Pipes, Whistles & Vocals), and Eoin Jordan(Bouzouki, Guitar & Vocals)

Folk duo FINTAN LUCY & LYNDA CULLEN have been on the gigging circuit for many years, complementing each other's originals, as well as performing renditions of their favourite folk songs.

Fintan Lucy's highly original songs resonate with folk, blues, gospel, country and world music influences showcasing the versatility of his singing voice.

Lynda Cullen
Wexford born, Cork based Lynda Cullen released her new album Paper Boat in 2014. Her captivating performances have won her a loyal and growing fan base on the live music scene in Cork and throughout the country. 
In recent years, Lynda has performed at various folk festivals and shows in Austria, Germany, Sweden, the UK, Belguim, France & South Korea.. Her music has been featured on regional and national radio, most notably The Jon Creedon Show on RTE 1 Radio and The Blue of The Night on RTE Lyric FM.
