LEVIS CORNER HOUSE launches ‘Heart & Home’ - A Celebration of Old Time, Good Times & Bluegrass Music. 
Taking place in the village of Ballydehob Friday 26th to Sunday 28th January 2018, we will host an unbelievable lineup of Bluegrass Musicians performing in various venues. 

HEART & HOME’ will be made up of two main events ; The Showdown Concert ( Ballydehob Hall) and The Hoedown Music Trail ( village - FREE).

Headlining the Weekend are the ‘Greg Blake Bluegrass Band’. Greg previously performed with the Jeff Scroggins Band, a Sold Out Show in Levis Corner House and returns with a steller band made of up of some of the most highly regarded Bluegrass Musicians in America Today - including not one but two Grammy Award winners - John Reishchman on Mandolin & Vocals, & Sally Van Meter on Dobro & Vocals ( one of the first women recognised as an outstanding player of Bluegrass. Joining them will be Mark Schatz on Bass - twice winner of The International Bluegrass Music Association “Bass Player of the Year”, Elaine Sprouse (fiddle) & Keith Reid (Banjo). 
An unbelievable line-up all glued together by Greg Blakes powerful vocals.

The Showdown Concert take place in the Ballydehob Hall - Tickets can also be purchased directly (without booking fee) from Levis Corner House, Post Office, Rosies Bar & €20pp & also online ). 

Bring your comfy shoes, this is gonna be an evening of dancin’ strutting’ pluckin’ & slidin’ like you’ve never seen before.

The Hoedown Music Trail will take place in Levis Corner House and Rosies Bar Ballydehob, featuring The Propane Brothers, Bluegrass super group from the UK – high octane solos &lonesome harmonies. This five-piece band have an impressive list of achievements and awards between them having all performed internationally in acclaimed bands. 
Musician and roots Singer-Songwriter Hubert Murray is an extraordinary singer and guitarist from Galway, Ireland Hubert will be teaming up with Ireland’s finest bluegrass and folk musicians including; Niall Hughes [Pine Marten, Nava] on Double Bass, Paddy Kiernan [Pine Marten, Nava] on 5 string Banjo, and on Mandolin, the Corkonian firecracker of talent; Richie Foley (Niall Toner, Lands End).

Entry to all Hoedown Music Trail Events are FREE. 

Ballydehob doesn’t do the January Blues…just good times & great Bluegrass.

Sunday 28th January:
